Can there be changes to the dates of each ticket sales phase?
Yes. If the number of tickets available for a specific phase is reached, the next phase will become immediately available at the corresponding price.
Where can I buy my ticket?

Can I buy my ticket through one of the ambassadors?
Yes, you can purchase directly from one of LXMUSIC’s official ambassadors. We strongly recommend buying only from official ambassadors or those recommended by them.
Can I share my ticket with a friend or resell it?
Ticket sharing is not allowed. However, resale is permitted exclusively through authorised platforms such as Shotgun.
The use of platforms like Ticketswap is strictly prohibited.
What is the minimum age to attend an LXMUSIC event?
The minimum age for entry is 16. The consumption of alcoholic beverages is allowed only for those aged 18 and over.
What is the latest entry time for an LXMUSIC event?

When is the set time schedule for each artist released?
The artist performance schedule is usually announced one week before the event via our social media channels.
