Terms and Conditions
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
- “LXMUSIC” refers to the trade name of the company Crazytrail – Unipessoal, Lda.
- “Event” refers to any event promoted or organised by LXMUSIC.
- “Venue” refers to any physical location where an LXMUSIC Event takes place.
- “Client” refers to any individual who purchases a ticket for an Event promoted by LXMUSIC.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all Events promoted by LXMUSIC.
By purchasing a ticket, the Client accepts and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Event Entry
- A zero-tolerance policy applies to the use and possession of illegal drugs.
- Personal and belongings search is a mandatory condition for entry. Refusal may result in denied access.
- Presentation of a valid and original identification document (Citizen Card, Passport or Driving Licence) is required.
LXMUSIC reserves the right to:
- Deny entry or remove individuals from the Event;
- Expel Clients who display aggressive or suspicious behaviour or are under the influence of alcohol or other substances;
Confiscate items that pose a risk to public safety or violate the list of prohibited items.
No re-entry is allowed after exiting the Event, unless expressly authorised by the organiser.
The minimum entry age is 16 years, although this may vary depending on the Event type or specific Venue requirements.
2. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited (non-exhaustive list):
- Illegal substances and hazardous materials
- Weapons, ammunition, sharp or dangerous objects
- Explosives, fireworks, smoke devices
- Air horns, whistles, megaphones
- Paint, spray cans, markers
- Food, drinks, bottles, cans, cups
- Portable furniture (chairs, stools, tables)
- Large bags or luggage
- Animals (except guide dogs)
- Professional recording equipment
- Laser pointers, sports equipment, selfie sticks
If you need to bring essential medication, you must provide medical justification and notify us in advance at
geral@lxmusic.pt.
3. Ticketing
- Purchasing a ticket grants access to the Event as a whole. It does not guarantee access to specific stages or areas, which may be subject to capacity or safety restrictions.
- Tickets must be purchased exclusively through LXMUSIC’s official sales channels or authorised ambassadors.
- Counterfeit or duplicated tickets will not be valid for entry.
- LXMUSIC is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorised sources.
- Tickets bought by minors or those not meeting Event requirements will not be refunded.
4. Refund Policy
LXMUSIC’s refund policy complies with Portuguese law, including the Civil Code, Consumer Protection Law, and the legal framework governing artistic events.
1. Refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- Clients are entitled to a full refund in the following situations:
- Total cancellation of the Event by the organiser;
- Rescheduling of the Event to a new date, which the Client does not accept;
- A material change to the Event, defined as a substantial alteration to its nature, undermining the Client’s reasonable expectations at the time of purchase (e.g. change in musical genre, cancellation of most of the lineup, or event format).
2. Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Changes to the lineup, order, or schedule of performances;
- Changes to the duration of the Event, provided its essential nature remains intact;
- Cancellation of an individual artist, unless they were a clearly announced headliner and no equivalent replacement is provided (evaluated case-by-case).
3. Refund Conditions and Deadlines:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the originally scheduled event date (or the new date in case of rescheduling).
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
- Refunds apply only to the face value of the ticket, excluding service fees charged by ticketing platforms, unless those platforms assume responsibility.
4. Ticket Purchases via External Platforms:
LXMUSIC sells tickets through third-party platforms (e.g. Shotgun, Fourvenues, Xceed, Resident Advisor, etc.), which operate as independent entities and are solely responsible for:
- Payment processing
- Ticket issuance
- Refund handling (where applicable)
LXMUSIC is not liable for processing errors, service fees, ticket fraud or duplications occurring via third-party platforms.
It is the Client’s responsibility to read and accept the terms and conditions of these platforms at the time of purchase.
To request a refund, you must contact:
- The ticketing platform where the purchase was made (e.g. Shotgun, Fourvenues); or
- LXMUSIC support at

Note: LXMUSIC reserves the right to amend this policy at any time, provided it does not affect rights acquired at the time of ticket purchase.
5. Image Use
By attending an Event, Clients consent to the use of photos and videos where they may appear for promotional and brand purposes.
All Venues will include clear signage indicating that photography and filming are permitted.

6. Time-Restricted Tickets
Some tickets may include mandatory entry times. Failure to comply may result in denied entry or additional charges.
7. Official Sales Channels
LXMUSIC’s official online ticketing platforms include:
- Shotgun
- Fourvenues
- Xceed
- Resident Advisor
- Ticketline
This list is subject to change and will be updated in these Terms and Conditions accordingly.
8. Event Changes
LXMUSIC reserves the right to change:
- Event date, time, or venue
- Artist lineup
- Technical and logistical conditions
All changes will be communicated via:
- Email to ticket holders
- Official LXMUSIC communication channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Website)
Clients are responsible for
checking updates up to the day of the Event.
9. Email Subscription
When purchasing tickets via platforms such as Shotgun, the Client may authorise the use of their email for LXMUSIC’s promotional communications, subject to explicit consent provided during the transaction.
Where applicable, and under Article 13-A of Law No. 41/2004, LXMUSIC may use the email address collected in the context of a sale to send communications about similar future events, provided a clear and cost-free opt-out is available in every message.

10. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. Clients are advised to check this page regularly.
11. Cloakroom
LXMUSIC does not accept liability for items left in the cloakroom.
In case of lost tickets, items will only be returned after the Event closes.
Unclaimed items will be stored for a limited period.
12. Lost Property
Please complete the online Lost Property form with as much detail as possible.
Items are held for 4 weeks after the Event.
Payment cards and phones are destroyed after this period.
Clothing and other items are donated.
Passports are handed over to the relevant authorities.
LXMUSIC only accepts responsibility for items handed to staff or security at official information points.
We do not post lost items. Collection must be made in person, upon presentation of ID and detailed description of the item.
13. Competitions and Giveaways
- Participants must be aged 16 or over.
- Proof of age may be required.
- Fraudulent entries (false data) will be disqualified.
- Only entries submitted by the participant themselves will be valid.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
LXMUSIC reserves the right to:
- Modify competition rules;
- Replace prizes with alternatives of equal value;
- Disqualify participants acting against the spirit of the competition.
Winners agree to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes.
Winners will be selected by random draw or jury, depending on the nature of the competition.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not meet the requirements, the prize may be awarded to the next eligible participant.
14. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
In the event of a dispute, the courts of the District of Lisbon shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by law.
